Industrial plastic or PVC strip curtain - price calculation based on m2 

PVC curtain made of: translucent (clear) ribbed standard grade PVC strips in a thickness of 2mm (0.08") and 200 mm (7.87") wide 
Overlapping of the strips: 35%, overlapping on 1 hook, ie 35mm (1.38") on both sides of the strips 
Hardware: hook on tracks and plate sets can be galvanized or stainless steel 
Mounting: under lintel or face fix 
Safety and visibility: available side marker strips 
Sliding: can be supplied with different types of sliding systems (forklift traffic not recommended in closed position) 
Operating temperature: -5 °C - + 50 °C. These PVC strip curtains are mainly recommended for interiors and entrances between the interior and the exterior where the curtain is heated at least from one side all the year (temperature does not drop below 0 °C).
Operating height: up to 2.5-3m
Operation (Traffic): persons and pallet trucks
Recommended use: in openings with minimal air flow, indoors or in the openings between the interior and the exterior (mounted from the inside) for operations where the ease of transition of persons is paramount. Thin and narrower strips like 200mm wide belts make it easier for people to walk through them.

Ribbed strips are more durable than plain strips and their surface suffer less damage (scratches), since the strips touch the objects only with creases not with their entire width, what creates less friction. We recommend using ribbed strips in companies where stretch wrap (foil) is used to protect goods on pallets, or where it is important for some other reason to reduce friction when passing through the curtain.
